Abstract
In ‘An Examination of the Resonance between D.H.Lawrence and Lao-tzu and Chuang-tzu―part 1’,I treated the resonance between Tao in Lao-tzu and Chuang-tzu and the flows of the universe D.H.Lawrence told us about inhis works. In ‘part 2’, I treated the resonance between the heartless elements of Lao-tzu and Chuang-tzu and the inhuman and impersonal aspects of D.H.Lawrence’s literature. In this paper: ‘part 3’, I am treating the common attitudes between them toward knowledge, ideas, and consciousness.

D.H.Lawrence, Lao-tzu, and Chuang-tzu really wanted to fulfill their lives by harmonizing with the circling currents of the universe and various flows of nature. They discovered it was too much knowledge, ideas in mind, self-consciousness, and cares that prevented them consummating their lives. D.H.Lawrence loved nature flowing vividly without caring and worrying and wanted to be in the flows of the universe. Lao-tzu and Chuang-tzu wanted to be innocent without caring and thinking and assimilate into Tao where everything in the universe appears and disappears.
